Rick worked with our budget, was responsive, timely, and honest with us at all times. We could not be happier with the finished product, it's exactly what we envisioned. He provided professional drawings before the project began and followed up after it was done when I wanted the wine rack moved an inch after the unit was installed. I have nothing but positive things to say about Rick and his son's work, and I am a perfectionist. Money well spent!

Project: Trim, Shelving, Crown Molding
I have personally had the experience of working along side Richard Long off and on for about the last three years at my personal residence and now currently at a rental home. During this time Richard and Co. have replaced base trim, installed custom casing around windows and door jams with some having unique headers (to my spec), installed wainscoting/boxing/chair rail, fabricated custom shelving/coat racks and bench in mudroom (per my plan-which by the way everyone still asks who did this? Me I say! lol), installed crown molding (entire 5000+ sqft home-quite a bit on uneven walls and ceilings- which three years later still looks great requiring no or very little re calking), and finally a decorative shelf in my bar area next to a pool table that looks fabulous. Thats a lot of work! The entire time I found Rick to be very professional, skilled, reliable and never promised anything he could not deliver. He was also clean and respectful of my family and residence the many times he was over.
